Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be altered or modified in any way
- Not be worn or used
If your item meets these conditions, you may be eligible for a return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team via email at support@dolcia.shop. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds processed through Shopify Payments may be subject to bank processing times, which can take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dolcia.shop.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team and we will provide instructions on how to exchange it for a replacement.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if a trackable shipping service is not used.
